How Sixth Man BV processes personal data, on what basis, for how long, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This policy governs the processing of personal data by Sixth Man BV, a Belgian company registered under BE1015.292.664, with offices at Kokerstraat 2, 9000 Ghent (Belgium), represented by Arthur Lauwers.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and with Belgian privacy legislation. We act as the data controller responsible for lawful processing.
By submitting personal data through this website or to the email addresses listed on it, you agree to the processing described here.
What we collect
We collect three categories of personal data:
- Your IP address, collected without any registration on your part
- Everything you provide through a form, a newsletter subscription or an order, together with your IP address
- Data collected through cookies
It reaches us in two ways: through cookies, and through forms and other interactions on the website.
Why we process it, and on what basis
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Improving the website and our services, on the basis of legitimate interest, using anonymous statistics
- Managing an account or delivering a service, on the basis of performing a contract
- Direct marketing and newsletters, on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time
Providing your data is voluntary. Withholding it may limit access to certain services.
Sharing data with third parties

- Withdraw consent: withdraw consent you gave earlier, at any time

Security and confidentiality
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and accidental disclosure.
Keeping login credentials and device access confidential is your own responsibility. We accept no liability for unauthorised use by a third party that results from a failure to do so.
