TROC Leuven is a premium second-hand store that grew an international audience through its Shopify webshop. What began as a side channel turned into a major revenue stream, with collectors and design lovers from across Europe discovering the curated finds the team puts on the floor each week. As the business matured, the site started lagging behind the brand. The old Shopify template covered the basics, but it didn't reflect the quality of the products or the people behind them.
We partnered with TROC for a full UX and UI redesign, staying on the Shopify infrastructure they already knew while rebuilding the experience around their identity. The new shop leans into a premium, editorial feel: stronger product photography, more room for storytelling, and the faces of the team woven through the journey so visitors see who they are buying from. CRO best practices were applied across the funnel, from homepage to product detail to checkout, so the site converts harder without losing the warmth of the brand.
Delivered in two sprints, the result is a webshop that finally matches the level of the pieces inside it, ready to keep scaling as TROC's international community grows.
