SEO and CRO, managed and executed by the same team.
Rankings that climb and tests that actually ship, on the store as it is. No second vendor to brief, and no tests waiting on a developer who moved on to another project.
Reports don't improve your store, rigorous testing does.
Most growth collaborations end at a list of to-dos. Ours ends at a deploy, because the people writing the recommendation are the people who can ship it.

At 6th Man, whoever finds the problem is the one responsible for fixing it: the audit, the test and the code all sit within our team, so nothing waits in an endless queue for a developer who was never in the room.
You are in the right place if
Five situations we hear before almost every growth engagement starts.
Two agencies means two roadmaps and a monthly call to reconcile them. One team running both reads the same data, has the argument once, and ships the outcome.
A rebuild that ignores what the old site earned usually loses it. We map the rankings you had onto the pages you have now, then win back what the launch dropped.
We take the backlog: what to test, in what order, and the code that puts it live. Every test ends in a decision rather than in another dashboard.
A report is not a strategy. You get what we did, what we are doing next and why, in that order, and the reasoning is yours to argue with.
We are Shopify developers first, so the recommendation and the deploy come from the same people. Advice written by someone who has to build it is a different kind of advice.
What growth with 6th Man looks like.
Two disciplines, executed by one team.
Site structure, feeds and making pages Google actually reads.
Organic revenue built on category structure, collections and feed management, not on blog posts alone. The trivial work can stay with your team; the technical work is ours.
- Site, category and collection structure
- Product feed management
- Technical Shopify SEO
- Shopify SEO
From a hunch to a shipped, measured change.
Ideation, the statistics to prove it or drop it, the build, and the follow-up. A low volume store gets an honest read too: we will not sell you significance you do not have.
- Research and hypotheses
- An honest statistical read
- Built and shipped by us
- Follow-up after launch
Most stores need both, in a different order. We will tell you which one moves first.
Every two weeks, something ships.
No retainer that disappears into a monthly report. A sprint starts from a hypothesis and ends with a change on your store, measured against the number it was meant to move.
Hypothesis
What we think is costing you, written down before anyone builds anything.
Build
Designed and coded by the same people who found the problem.
Ship
Live on your store, behind a measurement that can prove us wrong.
Read
Keep it, kill it, or push it further. Then the next one starts.
- Cadence
- Every two weeks
- Access
- The team, not an account manager
- Reporting
- A decision, not a dashboard
Six things every growth engagement includes.
Cadence, focus and transparency, proved by what actually ships rather than by a report once a quarter.
Common questions about growth work.
Not seeing yours here? A free intro call will settle it, with no obligation.
CRO can move a number inside the first few sprints, because a test that is live is measured the moment it ships. SEO is slower and compounds: three to six months before the shape of it is clear, and longer for a store starting from a weak base.
It follows the scope rather than a price list. The intro call and Sprint 0 are what turn a range into a number, and both happen before you commit to anything.
No. We work in two week sprints and stay for as long as it is worth it to you. Growth compounds, so most engagements run long, but that should be your choice every month rather than a clause.
Sometimes, and we will tell you when it is not. Below a certain volume an A/B test cannot reach significance in a useful time, so the work moves to research, technical fixes and changes we already know are right. We will not sell you significance you do not have.
Yes, and most of the stores we grow are exactly that. It is what Sprint 0 is for: we map the theme, the apps and the data before we touch anything, so the first change is a safe one.
No. We run SEO and CRO properly instead of three channels half way. We work alongside whoever runs your paid, and the landing pages and tests we ship usually make that budget go further.
We can, and it is worth naming the cost: two roadmaps need a call every month to reconcile. If they own the strategy we are happy to be the team that ships it, but one team doing both is why our work moves faster.
