We’re looking for a Media Buying Specialist to join our team. Ideally, you have more than just this expertise.
You’ll set up and manage campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
You’ll also help clients understand what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’re doing about it.
You’ll work directly with experienced designers, strategists, and developers in a small, senior team. At 6th Man, you'll also be a part of the clients team.
There are no layers, and everyone is responsible for doing good work.
What you’ll work on
- Campaign setup and management across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn (maybe even programmatic? :) )
- Structuring accounts for clarity, scalability, and performance
- Writing and testing ad copy in collaboration with design
- Running structured experiments to improve performance
- Reviewing and reporting on performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
- Collaborating on landing pages, dashboards, and automations
- Helping clients and teammates make sense of the data
What we expect from you in your first year
Within 1 month:
- You’ve launched your first campaigns for international clients
- You’ve audited accounts and suggested quick wins with impact
- You’ve synced tightly with designers and strategists to align on creative needs
- You have met clients and handled the introductions well
Within 3 months:
- You’re managing multiple accounts with full ownership
- You’ve set up robust testing plans and refined targeting based on insights
- You’ve introduced smart automations or scripts to save time and improve results
- You start leading your first projects
Within 6 months:
- You’ve helped drop CPAs, increase ROAS, and unlock scalable growth for multiple clients
- Clients rely on your thinking, not just your execution
- You’ve helped uplevel how we work: reporting, tooling, workflows
Within 12 months:
- You’re setting the paid media direction on major projects
- You’ve led growth campaigns across multiple channels and markets
- You’ve helped shape new service offerings or products inside Sixth Man
What we’re looking for
- Experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Business Manager in advertiser or agency environment
- Ability to think in funnels and translate business goals into campaign structure
- Clear communicator who can explain choices and results to clients
- Backs up ideas with data rather than pushing opinions.
- Comfortable working with designers and developers
- Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Curious, analytical, and willing to test and improve
- Can work independently and manage time well in a remote setup
- Is determined to guide the client to growth
