You connect Shopify to your ERP so orders, stock, prices and invoices flow between both systems automatically. Nobody retypes orders and your store shows the real stock. Depending on your ERP you use a built-in connector, an app, an integration platform or a custom integration. 6th Man picks the right approach and builds and maintains the integration for you.

This page is part of our overview of Shopify integrations. What an ERP is exactly, you read in our glossary. Checked November 2026.

What an ERP integration solves

No more manual work. Orders land in your ERP right away, ready to deliver and invoice.

Correct stock. Your store shows what's really in your warehouse and shops, and you don't sell what's gone.

One source for prices and products. B2B prices per customer stay the same everywhere too.

Invoices and VAT in order. Your ERP creates the invoices, also through Peppol.

Connecting Shopify per ERP

Odoo

Odoo has no Shopify connector of its own. Because every Odoo implementation is set up differently, the integration is almost always custom work in practice. Read more about connecting Shopify to Odoo.

Exact Online

For Exact Online there are apps in the Shopify App Store that send orders, refunds and customers. With the trade module, stock goes back to Shopify too. Everything about connecting Shopify to Exact Online.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Business Central has a built-in Shopify connector from Microsoft for products, prices, stock, customers and orders. That's a strong start. If your process differs, with custom fields, B2B price lists or several shops, you extend the connector with custom work.

Another ERP

Using another package or your own system? If it has an API you can connect it, with a platform such as Make or with a custom integration.

Connector, platform or custom?

Connector or app: fast and affordable for a standard store with one warehouse.

Integration platform (Make, n8n): flexible for a few flows, but needs monitoring.

Custom: for your own processes, several warehouses, a PIM next to your ERP or a B2B store with customer prices.

How 6th Man sets up your ERP integration

Complex integrations between Shopify, an ERP and a PIM are our specialty. We map what has to sync, pick the approach, build and test with real orders, and monitor the integration afterwards. You don't have to choose or maintain a connector yourself.

Starting a new store? We include the integration in your custom Shopify store. Already have a store? Book a call.

Questions

What people ask about this.

Any ERP with an API. In Belgium we mostly see Odoo, Exact Online and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Business Central has its own connector; for the others you work with apps, platforms or custom work.

When you have your own processes a standard connector doesn't follow: B2B prices per customer, several warehouses, a PIM next to your ERP or edited orders.

Yes. We pick the approach, build and test the integration and monitor it. Book a call through our contact page.
