We’re looking for a freelance Google Ads expert who can plan, launch, and scale paid search and shopping campaigns for international clients. Someone who’s sharp with data, obsessed with ROAS, and brings a secondary skill that makes them even more valuable — maybe you’re also strong in CRO, analytics, landing page building, creative testing, or SEO.
This isn’t a full-time role — it’s flexible, project-based work with high stakes and high standards. You’ll join a lean, senior team where you’ll have real ownership over strategy and execution.
What you will be working on
- Building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
- Conducting keyword research and structuring campaigns for scale
- A/B testing ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
- Deep-dive reporting to uncover insights and opportunities
- Integrating performance with cross-channel campaigns (Meta, programmatic, email)
- Using your secondary skill to multiply impact — whether that’s CRO, analytics, SEO, or creative testing
Your growth plan
Within 1 month:
- You’ve audited an existing account and shipped quick wins.
- You’ve launched your first campaigns and set up proper tracking & reporting.
Within 3 months:
- You’re leading strategy and optimization on multiple accounts.
- You’ve introduced new formats, targeting strategies, or creative testing frameworks.
- You've set-up our internal Google Ad Accounts
Within 6 months:
- You’re delivering consistent, profitable growth for clients.
- You’ve integrated your secondary skill to drive impact beyond the click.
- You have built an additional internal lead generation channel

- Proven experience in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
- Obsessed with metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and how to improve them
- Brings a secondary strength (CRO, analytics, landing page building, SEO, creative testing…)
- Understands full-funnel strategy, not just channel tactics
- Works fast, smart, and independently
- Can collaborate async with an international team
- Thrives on solving problems, not just following instructions
